3. What is your return policy?
Ultimately, we want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, feel free to return or exchange any item.
- Return Window: You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was received.
- Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at info@shopdarlingrenegade.com to initiate a return. Simply let us know which item/s you’d like to return or exchange, and we will start the process.
2. We will email you a return shipping label for you to send the item/s back.
3. Once we receive the item/s and confirm it meets our requirements, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you an email.
4. You will then receive a refund to the original form of payment in 7-10 business days.
Please note that final sale items and customized products cannot be returned.
